Communication, intelligence and operations that work together.

Marketing, visual production, customer engagement, automation, and systems built for different points of a single automotive operation.

01Case overview

From acquisition to operations. An ecosystem built together.

For an automotive company in the Dominican Republic, our work has expanded into different areas of the business. Today, we handle brand communication, visual production, creatives, and paid media, while also building artificial intelligence, automation, and systems solutions integrated into the operation.

03Marketing, media, and production

We don't just act when the lead arrives. We also work to bring it in.

The strategy connects visual production, creatives, paid media, and campaign tracking to generate demand and opportunities for the sales operation.

Illustrative pieces from Autifex visual production

Challenge
Build continuous communication, generate qualified opportunities, and improve efficiency between media investment and conversion.
What we built
Marketing management integrated with AI visual production, creative development, paid media, and ongoing campaign tracking.
What changes in the operation
Marketing stops working as an isolated activity and becomes connected to opportunity generation and sales results.

04Intelligent customer engagement

From campaign to a conversation that starts right away.

  1. 01Customer input

    “I need 4 of these.”

  2. 02Interpretation

Image read · size identified · intent: quote

  3. 03System lookup

Inventory and price checked in the official system

  4. 04Action taken

Quote sent with availability, and installation scheduled.

  5. 05Handoff

An advisor takes over with the conversation history.

Illustrative representation

Challenge
Keep marketing-generated opportunities from running into delays, lack of continuity, or dependence on an agent being immediately available.
What we built
An intelligent WhatsApp agent able to understand text, audio, and images, prepare quotes, look up operational information, guide different journeys, schedule services, and route specific cases to human advisors.
What changes in the operation
The customer is served from the very first contact. When a person needs to step in, the conversation context is already handed to the advisor, so the customer doesn't have to start over.

The opportunity arrives. The conversation begins. The journey continues.

05Humans in control

Automation where it makes sense. Human control where it's needed.

  1. 01AI resolvesWithin defined rules.
  2. 02AI checks the systemPrices and time slots come from official data.
  3. 03AI recognizes its limitsOut-of-scope situations are identified.
  4. 04A human takes over with contextThe team picks up where the AI left off.
Challenge
Use AI without leaving sensitive decisions, business rules, or out-of-scope situations unchecked.
What we built
Rules that define what the AI can answer, which data it can access, and when it must transfer the conversation to a person. The solution checks official data before sharing prices, time slots, or critical information, and hands off when it identifies situations beyond its scope.
What changes in the operation
The company gains speed without giving up oversight, internal rules, and human involvement when needed.

06Inventory and purchasing intelligence

From inventory to purchasing decisions in a single view.

Illustrative representation · fictitious data

Challenge
Centralize inventory, pricing, and sales information and reduce reliance on spreadsheets and manual lookups.
What we built
A system integrated with SAP Business One that brings together inventory, availability, pricing, sales history, products in transit, and commercial information. The application also supports purchase planning using sales history, lead time, current inventory, and other operational variables.
What changes in the operation
Sales, purchasing, and management now work from the same information, updated directly from the company's core system.

Fewer spreadsheets going around. More people looking at the same reality.

07Tire management and field operations

An entire technical operation moving off spreadsheets.

Illustrative representation

Challenge
Centralize tires, fleets, inspections, warranties, and services that previously relied on scattered controls.
What we built
A platform to track the tire lifecycle across serviced fleets, with inspections, condition-based alerts, history, warranties, work orders, and different access levels.
What changes in the operation
Technicians can log information directly from a phone or tablet at the time of inspection. Management tracks fleet status in a single view, while each customer accesses only their own information.

09Scheduling and aftersales

Less distance between intent and action.

  1. Customerrequests a time slot
  2. AIvalidates vehicle data
  3. Systemchecks availability
  4. Appointment confirmedrecorded in the system
Challenge
Reduce manual steps between the customer's request, the information lookup, and the booking.
What we built
Workflows that can look up vehicle data, validate information, check available time slots, and book appointments directly in the company's system.
What changes in the operation
The customer can move forward in the journey without relying on multiple manual interactions, while the team receives the information already organized.

10What connects all these projects

Each problem called for a different solution.

We integrate what already works. We automate what can evolve. We build what does not exist yet.

11A relationship that keeps evolving

We don't deliver and disappear.

We work closely with teams to support the use of the solutions and follow their evolution within the operation.

  1. 01

    Training

We support the people who use the solutions day to day.

  2. 02

    Support

We remain available for questions and needs related to the applications.

  3. 03

    Monitoring

Staying close to the operation lets us identify adjustments and new areas for improvement.

  4. 04

    Evolution

New needs can lead to new integrations, automations, or systems.

More than providing technology, we act as an extension of the team.

From the campaign that sparks interest to the technology that drives what happens next.

This case reflects how we see Autifex. Visual production, marketing, customer engagement, data, automation, and systems don't have to operate as isolated initiatives. When they are part of a single vision, communication and operations can evolve together.

Communication up front. Intelligence across the entire operation.
